1. The process of rinsing the screws is very important. It needs to be very careful. There will be residues on the surface of the screws during the process. 4. There will be blackening on the surface of the parts and chemical reactions, indicating that the work in the heat treatment is not thorough, and the alkaline residues on the surface are not completely removed.

5. The standard parts of parts will rust during rinsing, and the water used for rinsing should be replaced frequently.

6. Excessive corrosion indicates that the quenching oil has been used for too long, and new oil needs to be added or replaced.
